Beam shelves, also known as pallet shelves, are mainly composed of columns, beams and other main bearing components and their accessory parts. The connection between beams and columns is mostly made of mechanical locking structure, which can be disassembled and assembled at will.
According to the actual use of the user (including pallet load requirements, pallet size, the actual space of the warehouse, and the actual lifting height of the forklift), different specifications of the beam shelf are provided for choice.
The beam type steel shelf structure system supports the main force components of the goods through a specific beam-column node form. The beam and column are connected by hooks, pins, bolts, and welding, forming welded joints, bolt contacts, or mechanical nodes to form the shelf frame structure. Semi-rigid nodes are utilized for processing, which is one of the distinct characteristics of the pallet beam type steel shelf that differs from general steel structures.
